Voice Activation is a journey of rediscovering your authentic voice & finding the courage to express freely.
Through somatic exploration of body based connection, nervous system regulation & vocal practises, you will reconnect with your voice, your power, your medicine.
You will reveal the shadows & masks that have been holding you back from your true expression. By stripping back these layers & removing the blocks you will allow space for your truth to step forward.
Voice Activation is facilitated through an indigenous lens, where all parts of yourself (body, mind, spirit & relationships) are acknowledged & supported.
Voice Activation offers an opportunity for you to face the truth of your patterns & conditionings that you have been allowing to run your system. It offers an opportunity to shift these patterns, transforming your system & the way you show up in the world.

“ I saw Joydah advertise her voice activation 1:1 sessions, first the fear came up for me, “voice,sound singing, god no “ I sound terrible, out of tune how embarrassing Then the my inner voice spoke “fuck it, face it, feel it, follow and flow through it” So I did!
